We understand the drive you have to heal in order to get back to the sports that you love, and practice makes progress. The only equipment you'll need for this practice is BYOB - bring your own brain.

I am a brain tumor survivor (Astrocytoma), sport and health enthusiast and yoga teacher. I have a passion for helping athletes who have experienced traumatic brain injuries to find balance in both the body and the brain through meditation and yoga.
