A single 60-minute gentle class developed with the brain in mind. I’ll guide you through each posture providing cues that will lead you to connect with your body and relax the mind. These classes are limited in capacity to 10 people.
After each class ends there will be a 15 minute discussion - a safe space for athletes to connect through support and community. These talks will be based on the current class theme. An example of theme would be: Showing Up, Honoring Where You Are, Acceptance.

A commitment to attend 1 class a week for 6 weeks (6 individual classes for a total of 6 weeks) developed with your brain in mind. Each class will guide you through mindful movements and will build upon the postures and themes of the class before. I’ll guide you through each posture providing cues that will lead you to connect with your body and relax the mind. These classes are limited in capacity to 10 people.
